Walt Wallingford Mentorship

Walt was an elder of sound judgment offered in unforced love to others, total commitment with more expectation on himself than others, and a discerning heart that placed all decisions under the light of Christian faith. To understand Walt life of service for others you have to imagine a man known for his depth. You have to imagine a man who was aware of the experience and value of true conversion and wanting that for others. And, imagine a man who is yielded to and led forward by faith in God caring about the condition of a lost world as much as his own comfort. Imagining these characteristics will give you a good start to understanding the story of Walt Wallingford. His example is one of caring for others in fun-loving, yet diligent discernment.
