Tess Bragg

Tess transitioned from a student worker to a graduate assistant to a PHV intern as we were developing our internship program. She is rightly called our “inspirer.” She is diligent, faithful, and hard working. She embodies the sacrificial love for others which PHV advocates over preoccupation with herself. She is a gift from God to the interns, to our team, to our board, and to others who have experienced her. She was immediately loved by the churches we served during her time with us.
She faithfully served as a caregiver for the Glenda Johnson story. Referred to as our pace setting intern, she effectively helped us transition to the passing of the baton as she was our first intern to transition into the field full-time. Others were able to adopt her role even though we never expect to “replace” our irreplaceable Tess. Tess will take the Glenda Johnson story with her as a lifetime gift. She is currently teaching first graders in Dallas, TX.
